what's the best graphics card thing for bw2

what's the  best video card thing for bw2 cause on my uncles computer my ape has no hair nor do the other creatures. But on my dads comp it says he needs a graphics card that supports pixel shader 1.1 so plz help
 
Well it depends on how much you want to spend. You can get one for anywhere from $100, which might not show hair also, to over $600.

Why don't you post the system specs for your dad's system. It's possible that you might not be able to upgrade it.
 
If it doesn't have pixel shaders the only thing that you can do is to replace the video card.
 
Kays is right  :yes of course you NEED pixel shaders for hair.... This is my bros comp so i dotn know hte system specs and what he has... he tells me all i can do is go on teh internet and play games.. Oh back to the point. yep if you want hair pixel shaders are the choice
 
well what geforce upgrade supports pixel shader 1.1 or is there one even if not plz send me a link to one that does.
 
This is from the readme.txt for the game

To run correctly, Black & White® 2 requires:

DirectX 9.0c
DirectX 8/9 based Video card which supports at least version 1.1 pixel shaders

Video cards based on the following chipsets are supported:
