It's a license agreement. It's there to stop people from downloading this patch if they don't have the P-5 glove. If you do have it then click on "I Agree" and you will be able to download this patch.

The only thing this patch does is to add support for the P-5 glove.

It also applies patches 1.1 and 1.2 1.3 is the only patch i installed and i have the readme for all three and it works on my xp sp 3 system in compat win 98 mode however Creatures Isle does not it attempts to launch black screen for a bit with mouse then crashes with no error message just like B&W did before updates
