Skins don't work!

Hey!

I've downloaded a few creature skins and put them in the right place. But when I run the game, the creatures keep their default skins.
Can someone help me?
I have vista if that maters.
 
Is this for BW2 skins? Although it shouldn't make much difference.
 
Hmm, so you did place them in the Data/ctr/b{creature type} folder?
 
Yes, the only one that works is the evil hand. The good and neutral hand files don't work.
 
That is kinda odd. Are you sure that the original files were overwritten?
 
Hmm, if the files are there then the game should use them. ???
