Questions.

I have been playing black and white 2 for like 3 days now and I am at land 5, and I can't help but remebering things I heard about the game that I don't see.
1.  Can you suck up water from the ocean somehow, if not, was it ever an idea?
2.  When you beat the game do you start over with all the stuff you've bought previously, like all the tribute points and tribute stuff bought?
3.  Also, I'm evil right now, but when I finish I want to start over as good, is there like tips that I can have for gaining influence or gaining towns fast in a good way?
