i have th especs updated everything downloaded the patch have the same graphics card as before un- and re installed the game, looked for everything, but i still cnat start a new game, and yes my sytem cna runt he game, i was able to get past this a logn time ago but i dotn remmeber how,bw 2 freezes up after pressing new game and then goes black for a sec then a weird screen shows.....like white and blue bars connected like dna strands a bit...dotn ask if you dotn understand,  what make sme mad is i cant remmeber how i bypasse dit before, i have before when i got the game a long time ago.....plz help
 
For something like this it helps to post your system specs.

What you''re describing sounds like a video problem. Do you have the latest video drivers?

Also try uninstalling it deleting all of the folders in the Black & White 2 directory. Then reinstall and see if it will work without the patch first.

Btw, there are two patches now. Did you install both of them?
 
nvm its fixxed...i found out i used the wrong omega driver for a nvidia i neede dthe one for ati...:p
 
Ditto, I didn't even think it would run with those drivers. ???
