Help me with skinning.....

Hey, there's several ways to do it depending on what tools you have available.
For a start, here's a tutorial describing one method. if you don't have Photoshop, the .dds plugin is available for PSP and GIMP also. If you don't have an imaging app like Photoshop, Google GIMP. It's free and quite powerful.
Another method consists of converting the texture file to a .png modifying it and then converting back to .dds when finished. The converter, unstuffer and other helpful stuff can be found here.
If you can't locate any of the tools mentioned, I should have all, plus more, on my PC somewhere.
