Cant start B&W ?

Hey there , I've installed b&w on a new computer and for some reason the game wont start and no messages are poping up? I click runblack.exe as usual to start it and my cursor shows that it is loading and after that nothing happens and the game wont start either way for some strange reason?  :help  :suspect
