Will B&W2 Run on Windows 11?

I've installed B&W2 and all the patches. When I start it, I get a partial black screen and the pop up saying "Could not create the 3d device".
I have no clue how to fix this, but I have tried everything I have found in these forums.

Here is my build,

AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
64-bit operating system
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Graphics Card
Windows 11 Home

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
