Tyke turning evil?

I noticed this when I played CI couple years back, but for some reason no matter what tyke 1 and 2 does, whether its good or bad, he turns evil?
It's not that much of a bother but... eh. :/

Anyone else notice this? :S

It's because as hard as it is to train a normal creature, it's even harder to train Tyke as you can't put him on a leash.

It's hard but possible to get him good. ,  I wrote a guide on this years ago.  Lemme see if I can find it.

No joy I'm afraid.  Looks like it's lost to history.  Gound a thread on the lionhead forums which might help a bit though.
