Oh wow. That's pretty cool to see. Do you have any other development videos like that by any chance? Or any other old stuff like that?

I quite honestly think he would be less creepy as a girl. I don't know why but the good conscience creeps me out. :rolleyes

I might be mistaken, but is that the voice of a young Molyneux in the background?

Yes P.MX is talking.
Sadly 99% of the old  stuff was on the Lh site that was taken down without notice it was just a chance thing that I got it for another fan that could not  access UK sites.

Through a site called Internet Archive i've got access to the old Lh site https://web.archive.org/web/20001012021642/http://www.lionhead.co.uk/unshocked/index.html

Yes that is a small part of the old LH site but there are none of the things there that I was talking about. Not even broken links to important stuff like game patches, Language packs  or the fun stuff like  links to "out takes", "Missionary song pack" and other stuff like the video I posted a link to in the OP.

I suspect that this is a very early version of the site as the LH site I was referring to covered both B&W1+2  plus CI and BOTG with all the extras.

It is a very early version of the site , You can get access to the site from 2006 too when Botg was new https://web.archive.org/web/20060427113427/http://www.lionhead.com/bw/index.html , im specificly looking for the old things in the first game since i think black&white 2 have not the same aspect as the first game , the first game had more imagination and fantasy though black&white two would have been a great game for multiplayer. Something that would be really amazing to find is if there are still files from the early version of the game when there was still a human creature and more.

I have to agree that B&W1 was the better game.

It is a shame that a lot the content we both remember seems to have disappeared.

I do still play B&W2/ BOTG and B&W1 sometimes  but that is mostly if  I am waiting for an update  for another game.

I have the Black & White Deluxe Edition on CD. There's a "making of" PDF on it that has pictures of the humans as creatures and the map when they were still using a lot of the Dungeon Keeper stuff. I'll post it up as soon as I get around to it.

I seem to recall having the Deluxe Edition of the game, but I can't find that PDF on my disc, just the manual. I'd be interested in seeing it if you're still willing to upload it.

I had/have  both B&W & CI so I did not get the  Deluxe Edition.
Please link or upload the PDF.

I think a lot of us still hanging around here would be interested in seeing it.

So apparently you can only send 200 KB files and I'm not very tech savvy...
The making of file is almost 5MB large.
Any suggestions?
:help

These forums are ancient and are well behind the times with regards to reasonable file upload sizes.  I've upped the limit to 6MB, but I'm fearful the old girl's storage capacity for topic attachments might not be able to take it.

Try uploading the file now and see how it goes.  Be gentle :( .

It doesn't look like it's working. I tried to compress it to a .zip file to see if that would work, but no luck...

You could always upload to Mediafire or MEGA or something instead.

http://tinyupload.com/ is free and requires no registration and allows uploads of up to 50 MB.

Okay then... this should work.

If there's any issues, let me know.
