how do i make a banner

i've notice the signature banners that people have and i was just wondering how do i make them? :help
 
All you need is s graphics program and a bit of imagination. :)

Oh, and a few images to work from help also.
 
You should have MS Paint installed on your PC already.

For something more versitile, you can try GIMP

oh yeah and good job on the site it seems like this would be the kind of site where it would be run by 15 people. :shocked

It's taken about that many people to put the site together and get it to the state it's at now.

I was just introduced to the wonders of GIMP a couple days ago, and I am very impressed. For being a free program, it is very awesome (and it saved me when I was trying to do a last-minute art project for one of my classes, hehe). It can be a little confusing to figure out how/what to download, but it is definitely worth it.  :yes
