Glitch?!

Found this when I was frying enemy soldiers with a burning tree.

Any idea what causes this? Is it a glitch? It occurs  occasionally when I mouse over the dead bodies of soldiers.

That certainly is a glitch, and one that I've not seen in all my years of playing. Weird huh! Probably best to try and ignore it or do a clean re-install!
