Epic-miracles & Epics(B&W2) - Makes miracles and epics more powerful/useful and cost less mana.(More godly in a way)

Increases the power of of water and heal to heal/water everything when used meaning all your fields will be watered at once and all your villagers and soldiers at once. Don't worry though it won't heal enemies. It also reduces the mana cost of all miracles to 100 and makes Epics charge in minutes after adding 3 worshippers.
