1) How much size loss is involved when changing your creature for another in game? 

2) My creature is full size now, is it possible for him to lose some height as he gets older?

Hi,

There is a very small change in size. But not enough that you'd really notice it.

Unless you're on Land 5, your creature shouldn't shrink after he's full grown
