Hello all. New to the forums here. I've been trying for so long to download this game. I encountered many problems.
Problem 1: General download issue
When downloading a link from abandonware the game will start download. I'll open the file then hit install. goes through the whole install of game (with the ingame photos and ending on the last screen with a red head girl). But right at the end it said "there was a corruption" and gave me the option abort, retry, or ignore.
I tried the first two and it kept hitting this error. Finally I did "ignore" The game was now playable (with many bugs).
Problem 2: I cannot down load the patches recommended.
When downloading patches 1.1 and 1.2 I see this message:
"Your installation of Black and White(R)2 has ben corrupted. Please re-install Black and White(R)2 and then re-run this program."
Anyone able to help me? Thanks so much!
