Hello I've got that problem that I can't deinstall Black & White no matter what I do, I can't play it so its just a useless file.
Tried to delete it manually, tried it with Regedit but then the following error message appears:
Error number 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load dll: E

Setup will now terminate.

Can you help me please I really want to play it again.

Are you having trouble installing the game or uninstalling it?

If installing, I found this which is close to what Id suggest.

That type of error could mean the CD is corrupt... Check the CD
and the CD Player. Clean both using a Cleaning Kit, and check for
scratches on the CD. Try installing the game on another computer,
if the game installs, the culprit is probably your CD ROM drive if it
doesn't install then it's the CD, in which case you need to replace it.

Before replacing the CD, try copying it to your hard drive and then
run the setup / installation program from there. To copy the CD go
to My Computer, Right-Click the CD, Choose "Copy", then Right-
Click on your Hard Drive, Choose "Paste".

Uninstall and the Cd isn't corrupt or broken, I've tried it on my Mom's computer and it works fine.

Ok then, try the suggestion in this post:

Yes seen this before but not for several years.
The answer lies in one of these options.

1 Manually remove the Lionhead Studios Ltd folder  and use Reg-cleaner or similar to remove the traces left behind. Then install again.
2 Manually replace the missing files to there original location you have them available on your Mom's PC.
3 Ignore the old game install and install to a different  directory.

:woot: It worked thanks guys, now I can play it again... ooh the good old times!

yeah... i wish i could play online, but since the servers went yonks ago i aint bin able to.
what is this Hamatchi you speak of?

There's two ways we can still play online. Both involve setting up a virtual LAN.

Hamachi is one of them. BWPhoenix is the other. More info on that can be found in the multiplayer forum on the Lionhead Studios boards.
