Ever since I started B&W 2, I've had a problem with it:  I can't do the thing where the hand's index finger hits the ground and allows you to change the view. What is it you hit on the mouse that makes that possible?

I noticed that when I watch B&W 1 videos I see that when the player casts any three of the destructive miracles everything around it glows (and, also, the lighting miracle has sound)!  Perhaps the Mac version has none of theses features? Is there an option to turn these options on or off?  ??? ...
