BW1 modders are hard to find simply because the game is so old and people have moved on to other projects.  My only suggestion is to see if there is a similar topic on the board (it might have a solution), or mess around with the program until you find out how to make it work.

Hmm, the people who would know the answer to that are unfortunately no longer active.  I think (and I have no coding experience) that stuff is probably hard-coded, though.  You could try sending a message/email to Daxter.  He was the lead for OGaM and knows a LOT about the code for BW2.

Are you trying to save the recorded file onto the same harddrive that the game is running on?  That'll mess up the video. You may need to buy a new CD drive.  It does not cost much.  Maybe you can use the CD in a different computer.

Hidraslick, you may also need to take into consideration that the tats will stretch and deform a bit on the creature's body, especially if it's a small and thin/weak creature.  Grem's advice of bold lines is a good one, since you will still be able to read the tat on your creature.

I believe all the creatures (including Guide and Chugworth) use the same eye model, so it'll affect regardless of the creature you or the AI has.

My suggestion is to take an existing creature tattoo file, open it with Photoshop or Gimp or your preferred image editor, edit it, save it, and test it in-game. Oh, and don't forget to backup the old tattoo if you want to keep it and use it later.

Tinkering with the models themselves (changing the ears, in this case) is generally something regular ol' skinners don't usually do.  Not to mention the program to do so for BW1 is pretty buggy. Sier's "Devil Ape" looks pretty close to the one in that early screenshot.  Check it out here...

Hmm, have you tried running it in a Compatability Mode or Run as Administrator ?  Some of these older programs are a bit fussy with Win7 and Win8.

I don't have any experience skinning for BW2, but the eyes should be on a separate file altogether. Looks like you uploaded your file!  Did you figure out how to fix the problem with the eyes?

It's been at that price fore several years, too.  And yes, I actually check in on it every now and again to see if someone really bought it.

You may have to look around in the game files to find the influence and temple textures.  Maybe you can edit the files from the templechanger or colourswapper.

Calm down, and we'll see what we can do to help you.  Does the esc key have any dirt under it? Does it work with other games? Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the game?

As a laptop gamer, I find touchpads woefully inadequate for pretty much any type of game.  With free-roaming cameras sometimes a wrong swipe (especially on these newer touchpads that recognise "gestures") will send the camera careening off to one direction.  Do you have a USB mouse you could try...
