well i don't know exactly, since i've never bought botg. but what's about renaming the everyhting.stuff of bw1 into everything_bw2.stuff and then copying the evrything.stuff of botg in  the bw2 folder. then start destuffit and try whether it is able to extract the files or not. sorry, this tool...
